It was hardly a surprise when the addressable door closer stole the show in our recent Cape Town Showroom opening. We have some fabulous products on display but let’s be honest, its not often the fire detection industry has anything new to offer. So a neat combined unit holding the door open and providing a soft, but definite close without all the extra interface modules and power supplies cluttering the area is something special.
Simple mechanism combined with addressing for a device that sits on the loop is long overdue, particularly as the importance of door management during a fire emergency becomes more apparent.
